T&C’s apply – Win your Wedding at Bilsington Priory
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to couples who book their wedding at Bilsington Priory between 1st June 2025 and 28th February 2026. The booking must be confirmed with a signed contract and deposit paid within this timeframe. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legally able to marry in the UK.
2. How to enter
Simply book your wedding at Bilsington Priory during the entry period. Your booking will automatically enter you into the competition. Only one entry per couple is permitted.
3. Entry deadline
Entries close at 11:59pm on 28th February 2026. Bookings made before 1 June 2025 or after 28th February 2026 will not be eligible for entry.
4. The prize
One winning couple will receive a full wedding day package at Bilsington Priory for their booked date. The prize includes venue hire and additional services from a selection of approved suppliers. The full prize breakdown will be published and may be subject to change based on supplier availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and holds no cash alternative. The total value of the prize package is up to £25,000.
5. Winner selection & announcement
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via email and publicly announced in March 2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.
6. Booking & payment conditions
To remain eligible, couples must be up to date with their payment plan and adhere to Bilsington Priory’s standard booking terms. If the winning couple cancels their wedding, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Data use & marketing consent
By entering, you consent to Bilsington Priory contacting you regarding your entry and booking. The winning couple agrees to allow Bilsington Priory and participating suppliers to capture photo and video content during their wedding day for promotional purposes. This may include filming, photography, and behind-the-scenes footage. With your permission, your names, wedding details, and any media captured may be used across marketing channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns. You will be asked to sign a separate media release form to formalise this consent.
8. General
Bilsington Priory reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or prize at any time. Entry into this competition confirms full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
